As a licensed esthetician who performs facials on clients, I was a bit skeptical about this product but I really wanted to try something new for myself. I saw some videos about this Facial-Flex and I was intrigued. Purchased the item here on Amazon, and I've been using it for about 2 weeks now. Verdict? Well, my face 'feels' fuller, and I believe there's less slackness. Mind you, it's only been 2 weeks so I'm going to keep going. 2 minutes, 2x a day is not a big committment. I actually use the timer on my iPhone to get through the exercise. For the price, 5 stars. Thank you
